In the midst of deep pain, we often ask, “Is God faithful and trustworthy in our seasons of suffering?”  “Where is justice in our stories of devastation?”

In a world that is in constant change, chaos and confusion, many of us are experiencing a level of trauma and uncertainty that can seem overwhelming and hard to comprehend. We are relationally more disconnected, isolated, and looking to our addictions to hide our fear and pain.

Whether it’s because of a childhood experience that has not healed, or a current situation of profound loss, we are searching for hope, healing, and a place of safety. We long to feel empowered and experience the fellowship of others on the journey with us.

Join us for the day as we take an introductory look at what trauma is, and how it effects individuals, families, and entire communities. We will briefly talk about how trauma wounds our body, heart and mind, and how joy and peace can be restored, and hope can be renewed. We will have interactive breakout times for personal growth and discovery, as well as learn grounding techniques and listening skills to help you as you walk with others in their journey to more freedom.

We pray you will leave with a deeper grasp of the character of God, and experience healing and restoration from past pain.  Through practical application and tools, you will gain an understanding of how to be more fully alive, and grow in your relationships with yourself, others and God.
